Inquiry information
To review an inquiry, we receive your name, business contact details, company, quantity and part specifications, together with any drawing or technical file you submit.
Access and historical records
Viewing prices and submitting inquiries do not require a customer account. Sign-in is restricted to authorized administrators. Retiring membership does not delete historical account records; their disposition is handled separately.
Use of information
Inquiry information is used for technical review, proposal preparation and follow-up by authorized personnel. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or make a payment.
Drawings and confidential information
Customer contact details and drawings are not collected for public publication. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unrelated documents through the form.
Questions and corrections
