Information you choose to provide
When you request a quotation or email SGEI, we may receive your name, business contact details, company, country, application information, estimated quantity, message, drawings, specifications, and other files you intentionally attach.
How enquiry information is used
We use enquiry information to evaluate requirements, recommend appropriate contact materials or constructions, prepare quotations, respond to technical questions, and maintain necessary business records. SGEI does not sell personal information.
Optional website analytics
Analytics is disabled until you choose “Accept analytics.” If accepted, Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, page-view, and interaction information to help us improve the site. The site remains functional when you choose “Essential only.” You can reopen Analytics preferences from the footer.
Files, security, and retention
Technical files are transmitted to the SGEI enquiry mailbox and are used only for the requested business purpose. We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably required for quotation, engineering, contractual, legal, security, and record-keeping needs. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so do not send passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive personal records.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting, email, security, and optional analytics providers may process limited information in the countries where they operate. We use these providers to run the website and respond to enquiries; they are not authorized by SGEI to use enquiry information for their own marketing.
Your choices and questions
You may ask about the business contact information associated with your enquiry or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Contact info@sgei-electric.comwith the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
